The menu is one of a kind and the food is excellent and priced
affordably. Some of my favorites that I have had include; Maw Maw’s Shrimp Gumbo, rice & beans, Shrimp vegetable wrap & Stuffalada. The food is outstanding and has a nice presentation.
I highly recommend this cozy café.
During the visit, Brooks, who attended UofH on a track scholarship, conveyed to me that he sees way too few Cougars at his restaurant and we started thinking of how to get more Cougars to visit his café. Here’s a winner; If you wear some Cougar gear when you go to BB’s and order a Po-Boy or an entrée you will receive a St. Arnolds Texas Wheat free. Wow, that’s The best beer in Houston.
